The CITB have developed a new framework of courses to equip supervisors and managers with the skills needed to carry out their roles more effectively. It can also be used as personal development for those individuals with aspirations to move into a supervisory role, but who perhaps lack the confidence.
Topics covered include problem solving, how to manage difficult situations and how to lead/organise teams. Organising leadership and management training for your employees can help to improve staff retention by supporting the aspirations and professional development of your workforce.
